Lilly McAveeney, drawing from her experience at multiple AmLaw top 50 firms, serves as a trusted strategic advisor at Builden Partners in marketing and business development initiatives. She crafts long-term strategic marketing plans and leads the implementation of customized marketing infrastructure plans for Builden’s key clients. With a keen analytical mindset and a creative approach, Lilly delivers data-driven solutions while embracing innovation and adaptability for her clients.
Previously at global law firm Latham & Watkins, Lilly collaborated with partners and practice managers to strategize, execute and assess the effectiveness of business development and marketing initiatives. She was also involved in the planning and execution of targeted cross-selling and client engagement efforts. Prior to joining Latham, Lilly was a Business Development Coordinator at global law firm Reed Smith, where she led events, crafted internal and external communications and advised attorneys on social media presence, thought leadership initiatives and various other business development activities for the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes and Global Labor & Employment groups.
Earlier in her career, Lilly developed her knowledge of the litigation process and a skill for tracking legal trends working in the Litigation Docketing Department of global law firm Mayer Brown.
Lilly earned a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a minor in Communications & Media from DePaul University.
Lilly lives in the Chicagoland area.
