A national litigation defense firm retained Builden Partners to conduct a comprehensive audit of its marketing department structure and staffing to ensure the department was meeting the needs of its attorneys across the country.

With the goal of recommending staffing and process improvements to maximize resources as well as upgrade business development and profile-raising efforts, we met with firm leadership, key partners and members of the marketing department to evaluate responsibilities, procedures and systems. 

The resulting audit included a best practices action plan comprised of quick wins and longer-term infrastructure enhancements in several areas, including thought leadership, website positioning, media relations and social media – all of which were implemented by the firm.
