After a year of working from home, breaking the mold of virtual team building can be challenging. One way to add some excitement to events is to invite special guests, even if they are a bit unconventional, such as a pair of well-dressed llamas.

At a recent team-building event, Builden was happy to welcome residents of Weeping Willow Acres. The team, along with our families, gathered for the virtual visit to the farm in Minnetrista, MN to meet the llamas, two of which donned their best formal wear, and explore the farm, which included chickens, mini donkeys and even peacocks.

Our consensus of this unique event? It was the GOAT- both literally and the “greatest of all time.”
