Builden Partners seeks a Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives for our growing roster of law firm clients. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strategic insight and tactical execution.

Location
This position is based in Chicago and is primarily remote, with a weekly office day that offers a chance to connect in person and collaborate. We are also open to fully remote candidates who reside in Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia or Washington DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy and Execution:
- Serve as lead marketing and business development contact for multiple law firm clients
- Develop long-term marketing and business development plans and oversee day-to-day execution
- Lead initiatives such as brand refreshes, website redesigns, content development, events, awards and sponsorships
- Manage client meetings and ensure alignment with goals
- Use analytics to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Team Mentorship and Culture:
- Mentor and manage junior team members
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and growth
- Builden Operational Innovation:
- Improve internal processes and contribute to service delivery enhancements
- Support new business efforts and contribute to company growth
- Conduct training sessions and business development coaching
- Occasional travel to Builden retreats, clients and conferences
Ideal Candidate
- 6-10 years of experience, including in-house large law firm experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- Strong project management and communication
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Committed to mentoring and developing junior talent
- Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
